PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each client to improve appropriate living environment by proposing a wallpaper design which suits character of the client, especially children.;SOLUTION: A wallpaper design proposing server 23 is provided so that character of the client is acquired from presented questions (S213) and is put into either of character properties typified beforehand (S219) and the wallpaper design which seems to be the most appropriate when checking with the character property (S221) is proposed to the client (S227).
