PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile with a non-soil removal rotary press-in machine, and a non-soil removal steel pipe pile construction method allowing the construction of the steel pipe pile in a location where desired strength cannot be obtained due to particularly weak adhesion to the ground, by rotating the steel pipe pile and an excavating drill of a non-soil removal excavating device clockwise, while detaching the non-soil removal excavating device from a fixture of the steel pipe pile only by rotating the excavating drill counterclockwise, and removing excavated sediment or the like to the outside of the steel pipe pile by a plate spiral.;SOLUTION: The fixture is provided at the tip inner part of the steel pipe pile provided with two or more plate spirals each provided with a plurality of excavating edges at the tip of a spiral plate, at the outer periphery of the tip part to excavate the ground. The non-soil removal excavating device provided with the excavating drill is provided at the fixture detachably from above the steel pipe pile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
