PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a used-goods dealer to sell used goods to a customer without missing an opportunity and accurately and efficiently purchase the used goods by cooperating with a sales outlet for unused goods.;SOLUTION: A used book sales management device 11 at an used bookstore 10 transmits information on buy-back guarantee for guaranteeing the buy-back on a predetermined condition such as the buy-back with a higher price than an ordinary buy-back price within a prescribed period of time to a bookstore terminal device 13 at a bookstore 12 via the Internet 14. The bookstore 12 sells an unused book to an unused book purchaser 15 granting the buy-back guarantee based on the information on the buy-back guarantee.
