PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an abacus bead pearl by a method wherein old wood or waste lumber is used allowably as a raw material and a solution obtained by dissolving a pearl powder with a thinner is sprayed thereon.;SOLUTION: Abacus beads (round beads) made of wood are used in place of glass beads. Dried wood of an evergreen oak is advisable for the abacus beads and also the beads can be finished to be light since they are bored. They also fit comfortably with bare skin being moist with sweat in summer and cause no anxiety about the use in the winter season. The abacus bead pearl that can be used habitually in any of the four seasons fits tenderly with the skin of a woman and a feel of warmth thereof makes a touch different from that of a glass bead pearl.
