Safety navigation device comprises a collection of safety and information devices arranged in an envelope of which at least one part is water-resistant and contains an autonomous battery power supply. The device is configured as a brief case with upper and lower separable parts. Equipment included comprises GPS receiver, weather measurement unit, radio transceiver, nautical flags, flares, etc.
