Treatment of an aqueous medium to modify its molecular structure and physicochemical properties comprises placing a fossilized marine or terrestrial sediment (I) between the aqueous medium and cosmic or telluric energy sources. Treatment of an aqueous medium to modify its molecular structure and physicochemical properties comprises applying vibrational energies of cosmic or telluric waves to the aqueous media by means of an agent (I) incorporating in its structure a large amount of marine or terrestrial sediments of animal or vegetable origin, where the sediments have preserved their initial cellular structure during fossilization and constitute an oscillating circuit in resonance with the cosmic or telluric waves, (I) being interposed between the aqueous medium and the energy sources, which it captures, transforms and transfers to the aqueous medium. An Independent claim is also included for a device comprising (I) for carrying an aqueous or immersed substance.
