P - Method for determining by numerical simulation the optimal conditions to impose in a horizontal (or complex) well drilled through an underground deposit to gradually eliminate (restore) by the fluids from the deposit, deposits or cakes which are formed in at least one zone at the periphery of the well, following drilling and completion operations. - The method essentially involves the acquisition of initial data obtained by laboratory measurements of the values, according to the initial permeability (ki) of the formations surrounding the well, the thickness of the cakes as well as the damaged permeability values (kd) and restored permeability (kf) of this zone, as a function of the distance (r) to the wall of the well, the discretization of the zone damaged by a cylindrical mesh in 3D forming blocks of small radial thicknesses relative to the diameter of the well, and the resolution in this mesh of the diffusivity equation modeling the flows of fluids through cakes taking into account the initial data measured and by modeling the evolution of the permeability as a function of the flow rates (Q) of fluids flowing at through cakes, to deduce the optimal conditions to apply for the production of the well. - Applications to the production of hydrocarbon deposits, for example in deep offshore in poorly consolidated formations (Gulf of Mexico, Angola, etc.). /P
