The invention concerns a method for obtaining retrovirus packaging cells non-permissive to infection by said retrovirus or a retrovirus of the same type. The invention also concerns the use of a retroviral vector for implementing said method and a method for preparing non-replicative retrovirus by transfecting the packaging cells obtained by said method.
