The heat supply plant has a heat and power coupled plant (1) which undertakes the covering of the hot water base load of the consumer connected via the hot water, and has a boiler plant (2) which undertakes the covering of the hot water peak load of this consumer, and for adapting to the heat flow curve created in heat base load in all positions of the heat pumps, plants for the covering of the heat peak load of consumers connected via the heat flow are similarly put into use, and the heat flow created in heat base load is used completely for the purpose of heat supply.
