A cantilever girder comprises a collar made from an elastic material with seating sites forming a surface with axis symmetry. The collar has cutouts produced at angles of 0-30[deg] to the collar axis. The length of the cutouts are 0.3-0.8 of the collar length. Preferred Features: The girder has a number of collars kinematically joined together. The collar has a front part with an outer diameter increasing from front to back, and a cylindrical rear part connected to it. The front part has a conical, elliptical or parabolic shape. The girder has an elastic support in the form of a plate, collar and/or elastic corrugated element.
