The metal casting mold cavity has a three-part clip-frame with an S-shaped hook (2), a core chaplet (1) cross-piece, and a U-shaped hook (3). The chaplet cross-pieces is fabricated esp. in RSt 36-2 metal with two swaged profiled ends. The hooks are profiled DC01 sheet metal which are larger at the top than at the bottom. The unit (1-3) is dimensioned to fit a sand core, and are capable of absorbing compression forces, tensile forces and lateral forces.
