The house of especially wood and with two floor levels has a first infrastructure container with a services room and a house connection for power and water supply. The infrastructure containers (2,3) have at least one technical plane adjacent to at least one sidewall, whereby the vertical technical planes of the infrastructure containers stacked one upon the other are interconnected for function suitability. The technical planes have sanitary supply and disposal pipes, electrical power lines and/or electrical installations and/or heating pipes and/or ventilation ducts.
