The shopping trolley comprises a base frame from the rear end of which supports (14) project upwards and between is fastened the holder for shopping. A support section (18) is welded to the base frame and to the respective aforesaid support. Each support section is bent at its ends so that each support section has a long section (19) and two short sections (20). The short sections are arranged so that in projection they form with the long section a triangle. The short sections are designed for the welding.
