A partition (9) divides the casing (8) into two thermally-insulated chambers (10, 11). In the first, the compressor (1), condenser (3) and optional preheater (7) are located. In the second (10), the evaporator (2) and electrical control gear (6) are mounted. Each chamber has two openings (12-15) connected to a fresh air ventilation system with reversible fans (16, 17), causing appropriate direction of warmed and cooled airflows over compressor, evaporator and condenser, for ultimate external discharge.
