Method for carrying out a survey has the following steps: provision of a question form (20) via a web page, whereby the form includes a list with a number of charitable organizations, from which one is selectable; receipt of the filled in form by a connected computer (1); checking of the form for completeness; and initiation of a donation payment to the selected charitable organization when the form has been correctly filled in.
