The toothbrush comprises a container integrated in the handle and operated with a rotating knob located at the lower end. The toothpaste is guided through the shaft to the bristle carrying part and is released through a return valve, protecting the substance from getting dry. The size of the container is designed in order to accommodate the average amount of toothpaste needed before the toothbrush has to be replaced for hygienic reasons.
