During rotation of cylinder (01) unwanted vibrations are decreased by actuators (10,11) assigned to the cylinder to act on cylinder pivot (07,08) located on bearing (04,06) in side frame (02,03). Actuator is provided with signal directly correlated with position of angle of rotation ( phi ), containing height and direction of counteracting force to be provided by actuator. Actuator is piezo element. or device base on magnetic force or hydraulic unit. Independent claim included for device to decrease flexure of printing cylinder.
