A therapy table has couch top (3), substructure (2) and a removable or flap-back top part (5) and the substructure interior (10) can take a heat source (11) served by hot air outlets in the couch part (3). The couch part has a slatted support (13) with optional mattress (14) and the substructure has an access opening (7). The mattress has raised sides in parts and is joined to a geodetic runoff and the couch has a protended head rest (4) angled down towards the substructure (2) and surmounted by a vessel with an opening for Ayurveda therapy. In this case the top part (5) is closed in for sweating or Ayurveda therapy routines.
