Method for controlling and documenting services that are to be carried out by service personnel, whereby personnel allocation minimizes travel time between call-outs or service locations, taking into account available personnel
Method for control and documentation of execution of services of the same type by one or more persons at different locations using a computer with a service flow control program that takes into account the service type and preset priorities relating to the presence of service personnel. The program takes into account the location of personnel, the optimal personnel distribution and distances and travel times between locations. The invention also relates to a corresponding system with a central server and database, input terminals and personnel identifiers.
