Prediction method for a summary evaluation of patient parameters based on a score calculation to increase treatment safety and quality, when a patient is to be treated in intensive care
Method has the following steps: measurement values are determined for each of a number of parameters; predictions are made for the measurement values in the future based on a regression model; the measurement accuracy is considered and if necessary predictions repeated; prediction values are tested for plausibility; an increase is calculated for each parameter compared to clinical threshold values and; fuzzy logic used to improve predictions.
