Industrial truck (1), especially a counter-weight forklift truck, comprises a stabilizing device for increasing lateral tilting stability. The industrial truck is provided with devices for tilting the industrial truck in the vertical direction away from the active tilting axis. Preferred Features: The industrial truck is provided with devices for determining during travel round corners the centrifugal force, speed, curve radius, steering angle and load distribution on the wheels (6, 7). The industrial truck is also provided with devices for determining the lifting height and/or load.
