Real time operating system for controlling and monitoring of processors with a permanent active time planer, which manages all processes to be undertaken by the processor as tasks, whereby the time planer has an operating cycle with fixed clocking. The time planner is divided into a preset number of time slices, whereby the time planner can only assign one task to one time slice in any given operating cycle. The invention also relates to a corresponding processor card or circuit board with processor, memory, buses, etc., whereby when the processor is switched on the time planner is automatically loaded into the processor working memory, where it remains constantly loaded.
