The present invention aims to provide cough assistance and lung expansion training for paralyzed patients with paralyzed muscles, and assistive devices that can contribute to rehabilitation training and treatment planning by accurately measuring the maximum cough flow rate of the patient. Inlet to close the mouth of the paralyzed patient and inlet to forcibly blow in the outside air into the inlet, the vent to exhale breath, open by the pressure of the blown air at the time of injection and close by itself when the injection of the blown air stops. There is provided a maximum cough flow rate measuring aid comprising an intake valve of an intake port and an exhaust valve of an exhaust port that pushes the lever with a knob to open the exhaust hole.
