PURPOSE: A settling system using a mobile communication terminal, a method therefor, and a recording medium storing program for the setting system are provided to allow a user to stably pay by making a phone call to a specific phone number of a member(affiliated) store and inputting a password and an amount of charge. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(10) makes a phone call to a specific phone number allocated to an affiliated store terminal(40) and transmits a user password and an amount of charge to be settled. A mobile communication exchange(20) searches a phone number of the call made by the mobile communication terminal(10) from a mobile communication provider DB(30) and connects to mobile communication terminal to the affiliated store terminal(40). The mobile communication exchange(20) receives a password from the mobile communication terminal(10) and the affiliated store terminal(10), checks whether they are registered terminals in the mobile communication provider DB(30), and receives the amount of charge from the both terminals(10,40). If the amount of charge inputted from the both terminals are identical, the mobile communication terminal(20) settles the amount of charge and transmits the settlement particulars to both the terminals(10,40).
