PURPOSE: A secondary lining wall mold device of a vertical tunnel and a construction method using it are provided to enable a mold panel to be installed uniformly, thus improving a quality of a secondary lining wall, and to reduce a construction cost and period considerably. CONSTITUTION: For installing a secondary lining wall mold to a vertical tunnel(10) installed with a primary lining wall(11), a mold panel(40) divided into several sections according to an opening shape of the vertical tunnel is installed to all outer sides of a mold support frame(30) having a size movable within the primary lining wall of the vertical tunnel by interposing a turn buckle(33) so as to be moved forward and backward on the mold support frame, thereby making a size of an opening of the mold panel being adjusted freely. Also, a plurality of traction rollers(34) are installed on the top surface of the support frame so that the rollers are separably coupled to the lower end of a working die(20) pulled by a rope(50).
