PURPOSE: Method for culturing Paecilomyces japonica on Antheraea pernyi by directively injecting fungi of Paecilomyces japonica into Antheraea pernyi is provided that increases the formation rate of a fruit body. CONSTITUTION: The culturing method of Paecilomyces japonica on Antheraea pernyi comprises the following steps: (i) cultivating fungi of Paecilomyces japonica; (ii) injecting the diluted fungi solution into the insect body of the chrysalis; and then (iii) forming a fruit body from the insect body of the chrysalis where endogenous bacillus is produced. The endogenous bacillus is produced by keeping a temperature of 22-26C and a humidity of 85-98% for 5-9days. The condition of forming a fruit body is a temperature of 18-22C and a humidity of 85-90%.
