PURPOSE: An improved foreign word-vernacular explanation dictionary is provided to directly interpret foreign words in words-to-meaning manner by applying foreign expression in foreign-foreign dictionary. CONSTITUTION: The dictionary is proposed as a replacement for conventional dictionary to explain foreign words in words-to-words manner and interprets foreign words by expressing practical meaning of the words by home language but directly translating the meaning of the words written in foreign-foreign dictionary in order to keep original expression of the foreign words into the home language. The dictionary is effective to easily and preliminarily understand practical meanings of the foreign words and foreign expression containing the foreign words.
