PURPOSE: A fusion peptide comprising TAT(transactivator of transcription peptide) protein to human type I collagen derived peptide, a preparation method thereof, and an anti-aging cosmetic composition comprising the same fusion peptide are provided, thereby improving the continuance of anti-aging effects of the cosmetic composition. CONSTITUTION: A fusion peptide comprising TAT(transactivator of transcription peptide) protein to human type I collagen derived peptide represented by formula 1 is provided, wherein £ |tat is self cell-penetrable Tat peptide; R1 is at least one amino acid side chain selected from glutamine, lysine, arginine and glycine; n is an integer of 4 to 12; £ |collagen DP is 5 to 35 consecutive amino acids containing amino acids 212 to 216 in the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; and R2 is amino acid side chain; and m is an integer of 5 to 35. The fusion peptide comprising TAT(transactivator of transcription peptide) protein to human type I collagen derived peptide of formula 1 is prepared by peptide synthesis in solid phase. The anti-aging cosmetic composition comprises the fusion peptide comprising TAT(transactivator of transcription peptide) protein to human type I collagen derived peptide of formula 1 in the amount of 0.000001 to 5.0 wt.%.
