PURPOSE: A separation type fluidized-bed reduction furnace in which dispersing plate is easily cleaned is provided to prevent deterioration of operating rate of fluidized-bed reduction process and safety accident such as gas poisoning by installing the fluidized-bed reduction furnace of the fluidized-bed reduction process in separation type. CONSTITUTION: In a fluidized-bed reduction furnace(100) in which dispersing plate is installed in fluidized-bed reduction process for manufacturing molten iron directly using semi-soft coking coal and fine iron ore, the separation type fluidized-bed reduction furnace in which dispersing plate is easily cleaned is characterized in that the fluidized-bed reduction furnace(100) comprises upper and lower reduction furnaces(100a,100b) assembled and separated through flange means(120) installed at the outline of the dispersing plate(110) installed at the inner lower side of the fluidized-bed reduction furnace(100), and the dispersing plate(110) is installed in the lower reduction furnace(100b) so that the dispersing plate(110) is easily cleaned and replaced when separating the upper and lower reduction furnaces(100a,100b), wherein the flange means(120) installed at the outline of the upper and lower reduction furnaces(100a,100b) comprises upper and lower flanges(120a,120b) integrally welded and bolting fixed to the outer surface of metal cases of the upper and lower reduction furnaces(100a,100b), and sealing member for preventing gas leakage and cooling tube for preventing thermal strain of the sealing member are respectively installed between the upper and lower flanges(120a,120b), and wherein a movable moving frame(140) equipped with a wheel(142) moving along rail(142a) is connected to the lower part of the lower reduction furnace(100b) so that the lower reduction furnace(100b) is easily moved.
