PURPOSE: A method and a device for identifying a visitor visiting a home using a personal portable reader and a mobile message such as an SMS(Short Message Service), MMS(Multimedia Message Service), or E-mail are provided to automatically transfer the personal information of the visitor through a wireless network to a personal portable terminal of a home customer. CONSTITUTION: The personal portable card reader installed outside of each home is equipped with the system and a program to automatically transmit the data to a real-time main receiving management server(121) after reading the data in a personal identification tool(100) such as an ID card and a smart card. The main receiving management server(121) manages the data transmitted from the personal portable card reader. A mobile message transmitting server(112) transmits the personal information of the visitor as a message through the wireless Internet network(130). A visiting record transmitting server(113) transmits the visiting information of the visitor to a management server including the visitor. A customer portable terminal(131) receives the personal information of the visitor.
