PURPOSE: A simple copper clad plate manufacturing method capable of simplifying manufacturing facility of copper clad plate and lowering manufacturing cost thereof by enabling the copper clad plate to be manufactured even when copper sheet is heated not at reductive atmosphere, but at an ordinary atmospheric atmosphere is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method of a copper clad plate in which stainless steel sheet, aluminum sheet and copper sheet, the copper clad sheet manufacturing method comprises a step(100) of forming scratches and prominences and depressions on the surface of the aluminum sheet(21) by brushing or sand blasting both surfaces of aluminum sheet(21); a step(200) of constructing a stainless steel sheet/aluminum sheet laminate by laminating the aluminum sheet(21) on one side of the stainless steel sheet(22); steps(300,301) of heating the stainless steel sheet/aluminum sheet laminate and copper sheet(23) to temperatures of 300 to 500 deg.C and 150 to 200 deg.C in heating furnaces under the atmospheric environment respectively; a step(400) of manufacturing a triple laminate(24) by laminating the copper sheet(23) on the surface of the aluminum sheet(21) of the heated stainless steel sheet/aluminum sheet laminate; and a step(500) of rolling the triple laminate(24).
