PURPOSE: A K-shaped steel wire guide for fracture of proximal tibia is provided to improve the medical treatment ability of the fracture of proximal tibia by providing guiding holes with different angles. CONSTITUTION: A K-shaped steel wire is used to lift a depressed bone flap and fix the depressed bone flap to a bone around a target bone. A K-shaped steel wire guide guides the K-shaped steel wire to pass a lower portion of an articular surface toward the depressed bone flap. The K-shaped steel wire guide is provided with a clamp. The clamp holds a bone flap to be fixed to the bone around the target bone. A plurality of holes are formed on the K-shaped steel wire guide. The plurality of the holes are have different angles to each other.
