PURPOSE: A system for managing a political party and a method for a political party related service using the same are provided to execute various actions managed in a political party by on-line and to secure a transparency with respect to the actions. CONSTITUTION: An electronic card(100) is supplied for each partisan of a political party and has an inherent identification code capable of paying various kinds of costs and authenticating a corresponding user by on-line. Each partisan connects to the Internet and executes various kinds of electronic actions using a user terminal(200). A service server(310) supplies a result with respect to an action by on-line executed by a possessor of the electronic card(100) based on various kinds of information related to the electronic card(100) and supplies an on-line service for executing a calculation process with respect to various kinds of actions being executed in the political party. A database server(320) is linked with the service server(310) and stores information with respect to each partisan and information with respect to results of various kinds of actions.
