PURPOSE: A seepage defense system of a reservoir or a rockfill dam using inorganic liquefied ceramic permeable waterproof compound is provided to prevent a water leakage, and to extend the life of a reservoir or a rockfill dam or to use permanently. CONSTITUTION: The seepage defense system of a reservoir or a rockfill dam using inorganic liquefied ceramic permeable waterproof compound comprises the steps of perforating holes on the core(200) or the dam body(100) of the aged reservoir or rockfill dam, interposing double pipes in the perforated holes, placing inorganic liquefied ceramic permeable waterproof compound whose main components are natural mineral powder and water in the outer pipe of the double pipe, and injecting air compulsively into the inner pipe of the double tube to let the inorganic liquefied ceramic permeable waterproof compound permeated/cured in a core layer to form a water barrier(300).
