PURPOSE: A wireless system and a control method are provided to improve the electroencephalogram activity and characteristics of a heart beat by supplying information about continuously changeful brain waves and heart beat activity in a form of visual and hearing stimulation. CONSTITUTION: A head band(2) is provided with a plurality of electrodes and positioned on a scalp(1) of a user. A minute electroencephalogram signal is detected by the electrodes of the head band(2). A heart rate signal is detected by a photoplethysmogram sensor(4) that is attached on an earlobe of the user. The minute electroencephalogram signal and the heart rate signal are modulated and transmitted through an antenna(6) of a head-mounted input unit(3). A pressure signal, which is generated when the user pulls a trigger(5) of a gun, is transmitted to the input unit(3). The input unit(3) transfers the signals to a computer(10). The computer(10) analyzes the signals to provide the analyzed data.
