PURPOSE: A reinforcement device and a truss transportation method using the same are provided to prevent damage of the truss during transportation, while allowing the reinforcement device to be easily mounted and removed. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement device comprises a pair of supports(11,12) each of which has an outer flat plane; a gap adjustment board(15) for interconnecting inner surfaces of the supports, and adjusting the spacing between two supports; and stopper boards(16,17) each of which is shaped into a square C, in such a manner that an end of the stopper board is fixed at one of the supports and the other end of the stopper board is spaced apart from the outer surface of the support. The gap adjustment board includes a left-handed screw bolt(18) and a right-handed screw bolt(19) having a left-handed thread and a right-handed thread, respectively, and a bi-directional nut(20) for interconnecting the left-handed screw bolt and the right-handed screw bolt.
