PURPOSE: Provided are a crop quality-preserving agent containing stabilized mustard and/or horseradish extracts and a receiving pack thereof capable of controlling volatilization. Particularly, the agent contains allyl iso thiocyanate, an active ingredient of mustard and/or horseradish extract. CONSTITUTION: The crop quality-preserving agent comprises 70 to 99.9 wt.% of an extract of mustard and/or horseradish and 0.1 to 30 wt.% of a stabilizing agent, wherein the amount of allylisothiocyanate in the extract of mustard and/or horseradish is 60 to 99.9 wt.% based on the total weight of the extract; the stabilizing agent includes at least one substance from vitamin C, tocopherol and derivatives thereof, rosemary oil, dextrin, polyphenol, BHT and BHA. The receiving pack of the crop quality-preserving agent is composed of a permeable inner membrane(2) made of polyethylene or polypropylene; and an impermeable outer membrane(3) made of polypropylene, nylon or aluminum, wherein the outer membrane has at least one hole(4).
