PURPOSE: A multi-channel image transmission network system using a centralized active video interface server and a remote video transmission server are provided to centralize demands for leased lines for internet access in one point to enable smooth multi-channel image transmission through efficient bandwidth management. CONSTITUTION: A multi-channel image transmission network system includes a remote image transmission server(14) for digitalizing video signals output from a plurality of cameras(12), compressing and transmitting the signals, and an independent leased line network(18) for connecting the remote image transmission server and a centralized active video interface server(16) that receives video data of the remote image transmission server at the request of a user to relay the video data. The system further includes a large-capacity leased line(20) for connecting the active video interface server to the Internet, and a user system(22) connected to the Internet to allow a user to personally watch the image of the remote image transmission server, relayed by the active image interface server.
