PURPOSE: Provided are a silicon-based antifoaming agent with excellent defoamability, dispersiveness and emulsiveness at a low temperature and a method for fabricating a solid anti-foaming agent using silicon soil compound containing oleophilic emulsifying agent. CONSTITUTION: The method for fabricating a solid anti-foaming agent comprises the steps of (a) heating 35-60 wt% of poly wax-based surfactant with respect to the total weight of anti-foaming agent at a temperature of 80-100C, thereby fusing the poly wax-based surfactant with HLB no less than 18.0 and melting point in the range of 50-65C, (b) adding silica-based inorganic material to the fused surfactant by 5-10 wt% of the total weight of the anti-foaming agent, (c) adding silicon oil compound emulsion with viscosity of 600-2200 cps to the fused surfactant and the silica-based inorganic material as an anti-foaming substance by 35-60 wt% of the total anti-foaming agent, (d) fusing the mixture of the fused surfactant, the silica-based inorganic material and the silicon oil compound emulsion, (e) injecting the fused mixture into a mold and (f) removing the mold after the fused mixture is cooled.
