PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling the transmission and receiving of a local remote mobile communication information processor using code information technology are provided to control two or more than two devices or equipments by using a single frequency within limited bandwidth. CONSTITUTION: In a transmission device, a multi-input device signal interface processor(4-1) converts analog code information signals inputted from each device or equipment into digital signals. A frame multiplexer(4-8) controls an input device signaling unit(4-2), a transmission/receiving control circuit(4-3), a code allocation circuit(4-4), a channel allocation circuit(4-5) and a sub-frame control circuit(4-7), for frame multiplexing. A central only controller(4-6) controls frame multiplexing. A data compression processor(4-9) and a frequency single modulator(4-10) are arranged. An RF(Radio Frequency) communication processor(4-11) transmits signals to the external. And a power processor(4-12) supplies power for operations. In a receiving device, an RF communication processor, a single frequency demodulator and a data compression restoring processor are arranged. A frame demultiplexer controls a transmission/receiving control unit, a device code allocation circuit, a device channel allocation circuit and a sub-frame control circuit, for frame demultiplexing. A central only controller(4-6) controls frame demultiplexing. Each output unit outputs demultiplexed signals. And a power processor(4-12) supplies power for operations. When accessing portable mobile communication, multi-input device signals are processed by the single modulator(4-10) and the single demodulator within a single frequency for mutual transmission and receiving using allocated code information.
