PURPOSE: Provided is a combined treatment for the treatment of garbage and sewage sludge which stabilizes concentrated organic substance by anaerobic fermentation as mixing pretreated garbage and concentrated sewage sludge, can use methane gas generated from the system as energy source, and makes it possible to reuse decomposed garbage as compost. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a hopper(2) which removes coarse adulteration and vinyl after separating garbage received from a collection vehicle(1); a crusher(7) which crushes coarse garbage with the size of 20 mm or less; a specific gravity separator(11) which can separates garbage that is not crushed by screen separation and specific gravity separation; a grinder(13) which pulverizes crushed garbage with the size of 2 mm or less; a particle separator(15) which can remove adulteration that is not pulverized; a settling storage tank(16) which can remove deposit; an adulteration storage tank(18) which can additionally treat separated adulteration; a deodorization equipment(19); anaerobic digestion tanks(25,26) that generate methane gas by stabilizing organic substance.
