PURPOSE: A method for managing an on-line rising time is provided to induce a motive for keeping a rising time in the morning by checking an initial log-on time of a user day by day, recognizing the time, comparing the time with a criterion time to be risen, and supplying a method for endowing points according to error degrees. CONSTITUTION: If a user drives a web browser, inputs a server address, and connects to a web server(100), the web server transmits a homepage(101). If the user inputs an ID and a password in the homepage(102), a CGI(Common Gateway Interface) of the web server searches user information stored in a DB and performs a log-on authentication procedure of the user(103,104). If the authentication procedure is completed, the web server transmits a user homepage to the user for making the user use a service(105). If the user selects a rising time menu in the homepage(111), the CGI checks a rising time of the user(112) based on a log-on time of the user, searches/analyzes/processes DB information based on the rising time, and endows points(113) on the basis of a rising criterion time of a club joined to the user. The CGI drives an applet for applying the processed information to the homepage(114), and the web server transmits a web page related to the rising time menu to the user(115).
