PURPOSE: A system for an Internet E-business virtual enterprise based on a knowledge for medium and small-sized enterprises is provided to interactively interchange information, transfer a commodity between medium and small-sized enterprises registered based on a main server, and distribute a sale as a large scale by combining medium and small-sized enterprises of the same business category as one category. CONSTITUTION: A main server(11) plays a role of a wicket for intermediating various kinds of information through the Internet. An A/S server(12) connected to the main server(11) through the Internet supplies various A/S information to other company or an individual through the main server(11). A sale server(13) connected to the main server(11) through the Internet supplies various sale information to other company or an individual through the main server(11). A logistics server(14) connected to the main server(11) through the Internet supplies various logistics information to other company or an individual through the main server(11). A production server(15) connected to the main server(11) through the Internet supplies various production information to other company or an individual through the main server(11). Also, the production information is connected to a network. A development server(16) connected to the main server(11) through the Internet supplies various development information to other company or an individual through the main server(11). Also, the development information is connected as an individual and an independent group.
