PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing the intellectual property for the patent judgment management are provided to request and process the confrontation for the information provision, the objection request and the invalidity judgment by making the system process the confrontation process without a paper. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a research center interface, a patent management system and a patent office interface. The patent management system includes a plurality of modules forming the detail functions of the system, a database part(280) and a central processing part(270) connecting to the research center interface and the patent office interface through a network interface(275). The modules include a patentee management module(210), a patent office management module(215), a patent search module(220), a patent application management module(225), a patent judgment management module(230) and a patent management module(235). The database part includes a patentee information database(281), a patent office information database(282), a patent application information database(283), a registration information database(284) and a patent judgment information database(285).
