PURPOSE: A banking system for a company using the Internet is provided to support a principal company client of a bank for enabling the client to process a banking business effectively and to perform a financial business of a company generally. CONSTITUTION: An input/output managing system uses an authentication certificate system of an electronic signature official recognition authentication institution jointly, guarantees a security of a financial business, and converts all processing information contents in accordance with a business transaction into a standard message for a convenience of a client. When the client receives a processed result and other financial information through a company banking service, a company banking screen-managing system displays contents related thereto on a screen of a computer terminal. An encryption system prevents an invasion of illegal user and performs a secure money transfer. A trouble managing system is provided for recovering a trouble during a message is transmitted. A company banking business system manages various kinds of financial businesses, which are achieved through a company web-banking server.
