A system and a method is disclosed for acquiring, searching, storing, retaining, enhancing, and analyzing human and/or machine generated data mining results and knowledge gained therefrom and the dissemination of the knowledge for comment and or action, a database designed to acquire, store and retain the results and routines to disseminate knowledge derived therefrom, commentary related thereto and actions precipitated thereby and a database schema designed to facilitate the acquisition, storage, retention, analysis, dissemination of the results and to facilitate planning, commentary and actions derived from the results.
