The cooperative coordinated enzymatic amplification of nucleic acid diane sequences comprises contacting the nucleic acids containing diane sequences with a reagent in a reaction tube or capillary which is sealed until amplification is complete. Also claimed is a reagent implementing the process. CLAIMED REAGENT - The reagent acts simultaneously on one or more nucleotide sequence pairs where the smaller-size sequence is in the larger-size sequence. EMBODIMENT - The programmed heat cycle facilitates RT reaction and simultaneous PCR.
