Passage restricting method for unmanned mining vehicle, involves providing mast to vehicle to bridge gap between highest point of vehicle and barrier boom, for triggering emergency stop switch connected to mast
An accepted operating range is defined for mining vehicle (5) and horizontal barrier boom is arranged at the site boundary above highest point of mining vehicle. A mast (7) is provided to vehicle to bridge gap between the highest point and boom, for triggering an emergency stop switch arranged in connection with mast to stop the vehicle, as the mast hits the boom when vehicle is at the boom position. An Independent claim is also included for mining vehicle passage preventing arrangement.
