Exhaustion method of water-sludge suspension from a tank of a device for severing material by high-pressure water jet and decanting plant for such device for severing material by high-pressure water jet
In the invented method of exhausting water-sludge, suspension from a tank (1) of a device for severing material by high-pressure water jet the water-sludge suspension is exhausted from the tank (1) and at the same time water without sludge is supplied into the tank (1). The method is characterized in that sludge settled in water at the tank (1) bottom is brought into turbulence by a water stream supplied into the tank (1) in the region of a suction nozzle (40) and in the direction counter the tank (1) bottom to thereby reducing density of the water-sludge suspension wherein the turbulent water-sludge suspension is then exhausted through a conical inlet (400) of the suction nozzle to thereby achieve better exhaustion of the water-sludge suspension from the tank (1) through a drip riser (5). At the same time, a risk of clogging both the conical inlet (400) and the drip riser (5) due to excessive amount of sludge contained in the sucked water-sludge suspension is reduced, too. There are also performed decanting plants for a device intended for severing material by a high-pressure water jet with the water-sludge suspension exhaustion.
