"Evacuated tube and method for microscopic examination of urine sediment, quu00ecmicos and microbiological tests. This is a set of container for a specimen of urine.The package includes a tube evacuated and a zipper to maintain the condition cleared in the tube and to seal the tube after placement of a specimen of urine.The tube includes an open top to be engaged by the latch and a cylindrical wall which extends from the open top.A conical base extends from the lower end of the cylindrical wall to the bottom of the tube.The fins extend out from the conical base and define a profile that is a substantial replica of profile of a round bottom tube.In this way, the tube can be used in chemical analyzers formed pipe and in a round bottom centrifuge to allow the accumulation of sediment in the conical base.
